How to pay:

Do you Accept COD delivery? Yes, you can pay with a Cashier’s Check or Money Order made payable to Lammensco during the arrival of your order by UPS. If you are placing an order on line, please select “Cash on Delivery” as your payment method. You can also phone in the order or send us an email to sales@catfiesta.com. If you are emailing us, please verify the shipping address and don’t forget to include the item # and the color (if any selected). Please be aware that UPS does not accept cash so have you Cashier’s Check or Money Order ready upon delivery. We only accept COD delivery as a method of payment from the 48 US States (not including Hawaii and Alaska).You can also send in a Money order or Cashier’s Check (made payable to Lammensco) to our office address:

How much is shipping and handling?:
We have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 for all orders, also for cat furniture. AK and HI customers are required to pay additional shipping charges. Please contact us for the extra shipping costs.
Warranty.
we guarantee you a good product, otherwise we repair or replace parts or the item within 6 months after your purchase.
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaiï?
Yes, however there are extra freight costs involved since it can only be delivered by UPS 3 day air. Please contact us for the extra costs before placing your order.
Do you ship to United Kingdom and Canada:
No.
Do you ship to PO boxes:
No.
Do you have Saturday delivery?
No, we are not able to do Saturday deliveries.
When can I expect the delivery?
we always ship out wihtin 2 business days by UPS ground from our Connecticut or Nevada warehouse (this depends on the delivery address of the order). Depending on where you live, it takes up to 3 to 5 days to arrive. See the UPS transit table in the Track your order section
Can I send the order to another address:
Yes, in our shopping cart you can fill in another address.
Order Tracking
You can track the status of your orders online on our website. That is convenient for you, because then you know exactly when to expect it.
Can I return the the product if I am not satisfied?
Yes, you can return the product within 15 days after you have received it. Returns should be shipped freight prepaid (you are responsible for shipping costs to send the item back) in the complete original packaging and we only refund non-used products. It is not a problem if you have already assembled the product. If you meet the above criteria, you do not need to ask us for a return authorization, you can just ship back to:

Please know it is very important that you clearly print your name and address on the box, otherwise we will not know who to refund. The receipt of your return does not automatically guarantee a refund. All freight-prepaid packages will be accepted by our warehouse, so please be sure that you meet the return requirements. If you refuse the delivery of an order apon arrival and it is send back to our warehouse, we will credit you 75% of the original purchase price. Catfiesta.com must always be in a position to repair or replace a damaged product within a short period of time.
After receipt, we will credit you the purchase amount. You will be refunded the same way that you have paid for your order. If you paid by paypal, you will receive a credit to your paypal account. We do not charge any re-stocking fees and handling charges.
